Schedule a video meeting in PortaPro and send the link. Your customer, vendor or job applicant joins from a browser, with no account and no download.

## Send the invite. Put it on your calendar.

Copy the link or a ready-to-paste invitation, or invite people from the meeting. Teammates get a notification. Anyone else gets an email from your business's address with the join link.

Add to calendar opens Google Calendar, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365 or Yahoo with the event already filled in, or downloads an .ics file for everything else.

## Know who's in the room. Record it if you need to.

Each meeting says what's happening right now: Scheduled, Room open, Waiting for host, In lobby, Live, Ended. Outside guests wait in a lobby until you let them in, and you get a notification when someone arrives.

Office staff can record a meeting. Everyone in it sees a Recording badge. Your company gets 24 hours of video recording a month, then audio for the rest of the month, and each recording is kept for 7 days to download.

## Questions operators ask

Do customers need an account or an app to join?arrow\_forward

No. They open the link in a browser on a computer or phone, type their name, and join. With the waiting room on, they wait until you let them in.

Can I add a meeting to Google Calendar or Outlook?arrow\_forward

Yes. Add to calendar opens a new event in Google Calendar, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365 or Yahoo, already filled in with the time and the join link. Or download an .ics file for Apple Calendar and desktop Outlook.

Is this a replacement for Zoom?arrow\_forward

No, and it isn't meant to be. It's video built into the software you already run the business in, for the site walk-through, the vendor call or the interview you'd otherwise set up somewhere else.

Can I record a meeting?arrow\_forward
