PortaPro is priced for operators, not per seat. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited units. You never pay more for adding a dispatcher, a driver, or another truck. For smaller operators getting organized and off paper. Includes the dashboard, customer accounts, leads & deals, jobs & dispatch, route planning, quotes & invoices, rate-card billing, 28-day billing cycles, payments, inventory tracking, the customer portal (view & pay), and team chat.

### Core: $229/mo
For running day-to-day operations. Everything in Starter, plus native bookkeeping (expenses, bills, vendors, banking, P&L), fleet management, maintenance, work orders & parts, team management, and consumables tracking.

## Flat pricing versus per-user pricing

Software priced per user charges for every office login and every driver's app, so the bill grows with each hire. At the per-user rates PJR Software publishes on its pricing page ($65 a month per admin user, $45 per mobile app user), the user licenses alone cost more than PortaPro Starter billed annually, even for the smallest team:
