Get your whole team into PortaPro with role-based access that keeps everyone focused on what they need.

User Roles Explained

Admin

Full access to all features

Can manage users and billing

Access to all reports and settings

Dispatcher

Create and manage routes

Track drivers in real-time

Handle customer communications

Cannot access billing or admin settings

Driver/Tech

Mobile app access only

View assigned routes

Complete stops and add documentation

Cannot access web dashboard

Billing

Create and send invoices

Manage payments

Access billing reports

Limited operational access

Inviting Team Members

Go to Settings > Team

Click Invite User

Enter their email address

Select their role

Click Send Invitation

The user will receive an email with setup instructions.

Managing Existing Users

From the Team page, you can:

Change user roles

Deactivate accounts

Reset passwords

View activity logs

Best Practices

Use the minimum role needed for each person

Review user list quarterly

Deactivate accounts when employees leave

Train users on their specific features
