Step 1: Create Your Organization
After signing up, you'll be prompted to create your organization. Enter your company name, primary address, and contact information.

Navigate to Settings > Team to invite your team members. You can assign roles:

Q: I can't see the Routes tab.
A: Check your user role. Only Admins and Dispatchers can access route building.
Q: My driver didn't receive the route.
A: Ensure they've downloaded the mobile app and logged in with their credentials.
