Subscription billing is processed through Stripe. PortaPro Software does not store or process raw credit card or bank information.
We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled prior to renewal.

PortaPro Software offers embedded payment processing through Stripe Connect. This allows your organization to accept payments from your customers directly through the platform.

These Payments Terms govern the use of PortaPro's embedded payment processing services ("Payments Services") powered by Stripe Connect.
By enabling payments in PortaPro Software, you agree to these Payments Terms in addition to PortaPro's Terms of Service.
PortaPro Software provides embedded payment processing technology through Stripe Connect. This allows your organization ("you" or "your business") to accept payments from customers directly through the PortaPro platform.
PortaPro acts as a technology platform and payment facilitator. Stripe is the payment processor and merchant services provider.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. To use Payments Services, you must create or connect a Stripe account.
By enabling payments, you agree to Stripe's:
Stripe is responsible for:
PortaPro charges a platform fee on each transaction processed through the Payments Services.
This platform fee is applied in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees and is deducted from each transaction. Platform fees may vary by plan, agreement, or negotiated rate.
You are solely responsible for:
PortaPro does not sell your goods or services and is not a party to your customer transactions.
Stripe deposits funds directly into your connected Stripe account according to Stripe's payout schedule. PortaPro does not hold customer funds.
All refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled through Stripe and are your responsibility.
PortaPro may provide tooling to assist with dispute management but does not assume liability for disputed transactions.
You may disable Payments Services at any time through your PortaPro account settings.
PortaPro may suspend or terminate Payments Services for:
