When units need to move between sites, PortaPro tracks every movement.

Moving a Unit

From the Map

Open Inventory > Map

Click the unit to move

Click Move Unit

Select the new location

Confirm

From the List

Open Inventory > Units

Check the units to move

Click Bulk Move

Select destination

Confirm

Creating a Move Order

For physical moves requiring driver action:

Click Create Move Order

Select units

Choose pickup location

Choose delivery location

Assign to a driver/route

Schedule the move

Tracking Moves

All moves are logged with:

Origin location

Destination

Date and time

Who authorized it

Driver who executed it

Best Practices

Plan moves during slow periods

Batch moves when possible

Update inventory after physical moves

Verify GPS after delivery
