Click the Report Builder button in the Analytics header to create custom reports.

Building a Custom Report

Step 1: Select Data Source

Choose from available data sources:

Jobs - Service history and job details

Customers - Account and contact information

Invoices - Billing and payment data

Maintenance - Vehicle service records

Step 2: Choose Columns

Select which fields to include in your report

Check the columns you want displayed

Order matters for table views

Step 3: Apply Filters

Add conditions to narrow your results:

Field - Select the data column

Operator - Equals, Contains, Greater Than, Less Than, Between

Value - Enter your filter criteria

Step 4: Select Visualization

Choose how to display results:

Table - Spreadsheet-style data view

Bar Chart - Compare categories

Line Chart - Show trends over time

Pie Chart - Display proportions

Step 5: Save or Run

Click Run Report to preview results

Click Save Report to store for future use

Name your report descriptively for easy reference
