Accessibility Statement

We are committed to making PortaPro usable and accessible for everyone.

Last reviewed: May 2026

PortaPro Software is committed to making our website and platform accessible and usable for all visitors and customers. We aim to follow generally recognized accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA where reasonably applicable.

1. Our Commitment§

We believe that everyone should be able to access and use our website and software, regardless of ability or technology. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our web presence and application as part of our ongoing product development.

Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our public-facing website and customer application. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

2. Standards We Aim For§

We work toward the following WCAG 2.1 Level AA principles:

  • Perceivable — Information and user interface components are presented in ways that can be perceived by all users, including sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for non-text content, and support for screen readers.
  • Operable — All functionality is available from a keyboard. Navigation is predictable, and users have enough time to read and use content.
  • Understandable — Text is readable and understandable. Pages operate in predictable ways, and input assistance is provided where applicable.
  • Robust — Content can be reliably interpreted by assistive technologies, including current and future screen readers and other tools.

3. Known Limitations§

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, some areas of our site may not yet fully meet every guideline. We are continuously reviewing and improving our content and interface. If you encounter a specific barrier, please let us know so we can address it.

Third-party content and integrations embedded on our site (such as scheduling tools or external widgets) may have their own accessibility constraints outside our direct control.

4. Request Accessible Content§

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or application, please contact us at accessibility@portaprosoftware.com and we will work with you to provide the information, service, or feature you need through an accessible method.

When contacting us, please include:

  • The web address (URL) of the content you are trying to access
  • A description of the difficulty you are experiencing
  • Your contact information so we can follow up with you

We aim to respond to accessibility-related requests within 2 business days.

5. Ongoing Improvements§

We review accessibility as part of our ongoing product improvements and welcome feedback from users. Our approach includes:

  • Testing new features and pages against accessibility guidelines during development
  • Reviewing keyboard navigation and screen reader behavior for interactive components
  • Ensuring form inputs are properly labeled and error messages are clear
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text and UI elements

We do not rely on automated overlay tools as a substitute for genuine accessibility improvements.
