Questions operators ask
Which plan is it on, and who pays for the gift card?
Growth and up. Admins and dispatchers create cards; anyone with the link can sign. Gift cards are paid from your own Tremendous balance, which you set up and fund from Settings. Attaching one costs nothing, the order goes in when the card is sent, and a lost email is a resend, not a second purchase.
What if someone writes something that shouldn't be on it?
Office staff can remove any message from the card until it's sent. After that the card is frozen, because the recipient has already read it.
What about the driver who signs late?
A scheduled card keeps taking signatures right up to the send. After it goes out, the link tells latecomers the card has been delivered.
What does the recipient actually get?
One email from your company, with your logo, name, and brand color, and an Open your card button. It opens a private page with every message and who wrote it. No login.
