Celebration cards built into PortaPro
For the people who keep the wheels turning.
Drivers, techs, and dispatchers almost never get recognized — and in portable sanitation, the crew that feels seen is the crew that stays. Celebrations turns birthdays, work anniversaries, and farewells into group cards the whole crew signs from their phones. No coordinating, no collecting cash for a card, no one left out.
Included on the Growth plan. Covers your crew and your customer book.
Twelve occasions, ready to go
The moments you'd never remember to make time for.
Every card starts from a themed board built for the occasion. Pick one, add a name, and the rest of the yard does the signing.
- 🎂
Birthday
The easiest morale win on the calendar — and the easiest one to miss.
- 🏆
Work Anniversary
Five years in dispatch is five years of heat waves, holidays, and 5 a.m. calls.
- 👋
Farewell
The tech who's been on the truck for eight years deserves a real sendoff.
- 💍
Wedding
The whole yard chips in a message before the big day.
- 👶
New Baby
One more reason they're running on no sleep. Celebrate it anyway.
- 🎣
Retirement
Twenty years of routes. One card everyone signs.
- 💝
Engagement
Good news travels fast around the shop. Put it in writing.
- 🎓
Graduation
Night classes while running full routes. That's worth celebrating.
- 📈
Promotion
From the truck to the dispatch desk. The crew saw it coming.
- 🤕
Get Well
For the tech out with a back injury — the whole yard signs.
- 🤝
Welcome
First day on the yard goes better with twenty hellos waiting.
- 🎉
Other
For everything else the yard comes up with.
Automatic birthday tracking
Nobody remembers birthdays. PortaPro does.
Birthdays live on the records you already keep — employees and customer contacts alike. No spreadsheet on the office wall, no calendar nobody checks.
Surfaced 30 days out. Upcoming birthdays appear on the Cards dashboard a month ahead, each with a one-tap Create card shortcut.
Nudged before it's too late. Admins get an in-app notification a configurable few days ahead, and again on the day itself.
Crew and customers both. A driver's birthday and a longtime site contact's birthday get the same treatment — recognition is good business in both directions.
Month and day only. Birthdays never store a year — there's no age or date-of-birth data on file, just what's needed to send a card on time.
Frictionless signing
Everyone signs. Nobody makes an account.
Anyone who taps the signature link lands on the themed board, types a message, and can search Klipy for a free GIF or sticker to attach — unlimited, no third-party subscription needed. No login, no download, no “create your account to continue.” Signers can edit or delete their own message from the same browser they signed on.
Create the card
Office staff — admins and dispatchers — pick an occasion and a wallpaper. Takes under a minute.
Share the signature link
Copy and paste it anywhere, or use built-in Send to team to notify selected teammates in one click.
Everyone signs
From whatever phone is in their pocket. The card fills up on its own.
Office staff moderates
Admins and dispatchers can remove any signature before the card is sent.
Scheduled delivery
Delivered when it should be. Not before, not after.
Schedule the card to hit the recipient's inbox on the actual day, or send it now. They open the email, tap through to their private recipient link, and the finished board opens with a little celebratory reveal — every signature, GIF, and message laid out on the themed wallpaper.
Set it up a month early. It waits for the right morning.
Once delivered, the card is frozen — no more edits, no more signatures.
Gift cards, built in
Add a gift card to any celebration.
Recognition hits harder when it comes with something tangible. Attach a gift card to any celebration and your driver, technician, or office staff gets a claimable reward embedded right inside the card — no separate email, no extra step, no awkward “check your other inbox.”
Powered by our Tremendous integration — send Amazon, Visa prepaid, Venmo, PayPal, or let the recipient pick from a menu of 2,000+ brands. Pick an amount, pick a product, hit send. That's it.
Connect once
Link your Tremendous account in Settings. Every celebration you build now has an optional 'Attach a gift card' toggle.
Pick amount & brand
$10, $25, $50, $100, or custom. Amazon, Visa, Venmo, PayPal, or the recipient's pick from 2,000+ options.
Embedded in the card
The redemption link lives inside the same card the recipient was already going to open. No second inbox to check.
Bring your own balance
PortaPro is a passthrough — face value is face value. We don't take a cut, and you're only charged when a card is actually claimed.
Built for the way you already recognize your team.
Birthday? Attach $25. Five-year anniversary? Attach $100. Rookie driver hit their first perfect week? Attach $10 and a note from the crew. Recognition your team can actually use, delivered inside the same card they were already going to open.
One less subscription
You're probably already paying for something like this.
Tools like Kudoboard and smile.co charge per card, per user, or per month — and the bill adds up to real money as your team grows or the occasions stack up. It's a whole software category built around something that should just be part of running your business.
Celebrations is included on the PortaPro Growth plan. No per-card fees. No per-user pricing. No separate subscription.
If you're paying for one of those tools today, this is a line item you can cancel.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you're about to ask us.
Yes — Celebrations is included on the Growth plan and above. Starter and Core plans don't include it, and there's no separate subscription or per-card fee.

Why it matters here
Because the industry runs on people who don't get thanked enough.
Turnover is one of the hardest problems in portable sanitation, and it rarely comes down to a dollar an hour. It comes down to whether people feel like anyone notices. A signed card is the smallest, easiest thing an operator can do — and it lands harder than most things that cost a lot more.
The holiday route
Somebody ran the Thanksgiving route this year. Somebody always does. They didn't ask for applause — but a card with fifteen signatures on it says the rest of the crew noticed.
We see you, Ray.
Eight years on the truck
The tech who's been on the same truck for eight years knows every gate code, every tight backing spot, every customer by name. That kind of knowledge doesn't show up on a report. It should show up somewhere.
Here's to year nine.
The heat wave
When it hit 104 for a week straight, dispatch rerouted around two down trucks and a sick driver and never let a single site lapse. Nobody outside the office ever knew. The card made sure the crew did.
You held it together, Jenny.
