What is Leads & Deals?

The native sales and pipeline module inside PortaPro. Lead capture, activity tracking, click-to-call, and conversion to a full customer profile — without leaving the platform.

Does this replace HubSpot or Salesforce?

Yes. Generic CRMs aren't built for sanitation, charge per seat, and require manual handoff to your ops tool. Leads & Deals is included with PortaPro and the customer profile already holds what a CRM contact record would — plus the operational reality a generic CRM never will.

How do leads get in?

Two ways. Embed the lead form on your site, or share the public link with a referral partner or salesperson. Both create a new lead directly in your pipeline — no Zapier, no CSV imports, no manual entry.

Can I make and log calls from a lead?

Click-to-call powered by Twilio is rolling out to the UI now; the backend integration is live today. Calls log to the lead's activity feed automatically with duration, time, and direction.

What happens when a deal closes?

One click converts the lead into a full PortaPro customer. Contacts, sites, service requirements, notes, and history all carry over. The deal stays visible under the customer's Pipeline tab so the ops team sees the full story without losing sales context.

Solo operator or sales team?

Both. Ownership, assignment, and pipeline views work the same way whether one person runs everything or a 2–5 person sales group splits the work.
