Edit existing team members' profiles to update their information, change roles, or modify access permissions.

Find the user in the management list

Click the Edit button or menu icon

Select Edit User

Editable Fields

First Name: User's given name

Last Name: User's family name

Phone: Contact number

Role: Change their access level

Tech View Access: Allow/disallow Driver App access (for non-drivers)

Non-Editable Fields

Some fields cannot be changed:

Email: Managed through user's own account settings

User ID: System-assigned identifier

Changing Email Addresses

If a user needs to change their email:

They should use Manage Account in their profile

Or contact support for assistance

Email changes sync automatically via webhook

Saving Changes

After editing:

Review all changes

Click Save Changes

User sees updates immediately

Some changes (like role) may require re-login
