| Draft | Gray | Being prepared |

| Pending | Blue | Awaiting payment |

| Paid | Green | Fully paid |

| Partial | Yellow | Partially paid |

| Overdue | Red | Past due date |

Making Payments

Find the invoice to pay

Click Make Payment button

You'll be redirected to secure Stripe Checkout

Enter payment details

Complete payment

Invoice automatically updates to "Paid"

Payment Methods Accepted

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

ACH Bank Transfer (where enabled)

Payment History

View all past payments with:

Payment date

Amount paid

Payment method

Reference number

Applied invoice

Receipts

After payment, you'll receive an email receipt. You can also view payment confirmations in Payment History.
