Only the sender or an admin can delete a message. Deletion is permanent.
Message Reactions (Emoji)
For quick acknowledgements without a full reply:
Great for quick "Got it" or "On my way" confirmations without cluttering the chat.
File & Photo Attachments
Useful for sharing site photos, updated route sheets, safety checklists, or screenshots.
Typing Indicators
When someone is composing a reply, you'll see "[Name] is typing…" at the bottom of the chat. Helps you know a response is coming.
