The Bulk Portal Invitation Wizard allows you to invite many customers to their self-service portals simultaneously, streamlining customer onboarding.

Accessing Bulk Invite

Method 1: Customer Hub Header

Navigate to Customers

Click Bulk Portal Invites button in the header

Method 2: Multi-Select

Select multiple customers using checkboxes

Click Invite to Portal in the toolbar

Using the Invitation Wizard

Step 1: Select Customers

Browse or search for customers to invite

Check individual customers or use Select All

Use the search filter to find specific customers

Selected count displays at the top

Step 2: Review Selection

Customers already with portal access are marked

Customers without email addresses are flagged

Only eligible customers can be invited

Step 3: Send Invitations

Click Send Invitations

Invitations are sent sequentially (one every 350ms)

Progress bar shows completion status

Real-time counter shows sent/failed/remaining

Progress Tracking

During the invitation process:

Progress Bar - Visual completion indicator

Sent Count - Successfully sent invitations

Failed Count - Invitations that couldn't be sent

Pause/Resume - Control the sending process

Retry Failed - Attempt to resend failed invitations

Invitation Controls

| Pause | Temporarily stop sending |

| Resume | Continue from where paused |

| Retry Failed | Resend failed invitations |

| Cancel | Stop the process entirely |

After Sending

Summary shows total sent, failed, and skipped

Failed invitations list shows reasons

Customers receive email with portal access link

Troubleshooting Invitations

"No Email Address"

Customer needs a valid email to receive invitation

Add email address to customer profile first

"Already Has Access"

Customer already has portal login

They can use existing credentials

"Rate Limited"

Too many invitations sent too quickly

System automatically handles pacing

Using the Invitation Wizard

Step 1: Select Customers

Browse or search for customers to invite

Check individual customers or use Select All

Use the search filter to find specific customers
