Clicks Pay Now button

Completes Stripe Checkout

Invoice automatically marked paid

Recording Manual Payment

Open the invoice

Click Record Payment or Collect Payment

Enter payment details:

- Amount received

- Payment method

- Reference number (check #, etc.)

- Payment date

Confirm payment

Partial Payments

Record payment for less than total

Invoice status updates to "Partial"

Remaining balance displayed

Multiple payments supported

Payment Confirmation

After payment:

Invoice status updates

Payment history recorded

Confirmation email sent (if enabled)

Dashboard reflects new status
