Accept payments from customers through multiple channels including the customer portal and admin-initiated payment links.

Payment Methods

Customer Portal Payments

Customers can pay invoices directly through their portal:

Customer logs into their portal

Navigates to Invoices tab

Clicks Pay Now on an unpaid invoice

Completes payment via Stripe Checkout

Receives confirmation email

Admin-Initiated Payments

You can also collect payments from the admin view:

Open the invoice in Quotes & Invoices

Click Send Payment Link or Collect Payment

Customer receives a secure payment link via email

Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout

Supported Payment Methods

Through Stripe, customers can pay using:

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)

Debit cards

Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay where available)

Bank transfers (ACH) where enabled

Payment Confirmation

After successful payment:

Invoice status automatically updates to "Paid"

Timestamp recorded as `paid_at`

Customer receives payment confirmation email

Payment appears in your Payment History
