What are Consumables?

Consumables are disposable items included with jobs:

Toilet paper

Hand sanitizer

Deodorizer

Cleaning supplies

Other single-use items

Adding Consumables

In Step 5, scroll to Consumables Selector

Browse available items by category

Use +/- buttons to set quantities

Items appear in job totals and summaries

Consumable Information

Each item shows:

Name and description

Consumables Pricing

Consumables are priced per unit

Quantities multiply by unit price

Total added to job cost

Lock Requests

For jobs requiring security:

In Step 5, locate "Lock & Security Options"

Toggle "Customer Requests Locks"

Set the number of locks needed

Add notes if specific lock types required

Lock Notes Examples

"Customer has their own lock"

"Needs combination lock"

"Master key required"

Zip-Tie on Dropoff

For sealed equipment:

Toggle "Zip-Tie on Dropoff"

Technician applies security seals after delivery

Documented on job record

Driver View

Drivers see:

Lock quantity in job details

Lock notes and instructions

Zip-tie requirement indicator
