The Customer Hub includes powerful search capabilities to help you find customers quickly.

What You Can Search

Customer names and account numbers

Phone numbers and email addresses

Contact names (first and last)

Service location names and addresses

City and state information

Using Search

Basic Search

Click the search bar at the top of Customer Hub

Type your search term (minimum 2 characters)

Results filter in real-time as you type

Live Suggestions

As you type, suggestions appear showing:

Customer matches (👥 icon)

Contact matches (✉️ icon)

Location matches (📍 icon)

Search Result Indicators

When a match is found through a related record:

"via John Smith" - Match found in a contact's name

"via Location: North Yard" - Match found in a service location

Recent Searches

Your last 5 searches are saved automatically

Click the search bar to see recent searches

Select a recent search to quickly repeat it

Filter Chips

Use specialized filters to narrow results:

Contacts Only - Show only contact-based matches

Locations Only - Show only location-based matches

Filter chips display real-time match counts
