Building a Segment
#### Step 1: Name Your Segment
#### Step 2: Add Conditions
Choose from available filter criteria:
| Filter Type | Options |
|-------------|---------|
| Customer Status | Active, Inactive, New |
| Service History | Total jobs, Recent activity |
| Revenue | Total spend, Average order value |
| Location | City, State, Region |
| Account Age | Customer since date range |
#### Step 3: Combine Conditions
Use logical operators:

|----------|--------|
| AND | Customer must match ALL conditions |
| OR | Customer must match ANY condition |

Managing Segments
