Every job must be associated with a customer record in your system. This step ensures proper attribution and billing.

The step displays:

Use the search bar to find customers quicklyClick on a customer card to select themThe card highlights with a blue ring when selectedIf the customer has contacts, you'll be prompted to select oneEach customer card displays:
Customer name (primary identifier)Customer type badge (color-coded by category) - Bars & Restaurants (amber)

If the customer has saved contacts, a contact selection screen appearsEach contact shows: - Name and title
- Contact type (Site Contact, Billing, Primary, etc.)
- Phone and email
- "Primary" badge for default contacts
Click a contact to select, or choose "Continue without Contact"Quick Add Prospect (Quote Mode Only)
When creating quotes, you can add a temporary prospect:
Click "Quick Add Prospect" card (blue highlight)Enter prospect details in the modal: - Name (required)
- Phone
- Email
- Notes
