The drag-and-drop functionality is the core interaction model of the Full Screen Dispatch Center. It allows you to quickly assign, reassign, or unassign jobs by simply dragging job cards between locations.
How to Drag a Job

| Assign to Driver | Drag from Unassigned row to a driver's swim lane | Job becomes assigned to that driver |
| Reassign to Different Driver | Drag from one driver's lane to another | Job moves to the new driver |

| Unassign from Driver | Drag from driver's lane to Unassigned row | Job becomes unassigned |
