Saving an Invoice Draft

While in Invoice Wizard

Click Save Draft button

Enter a draft name

Draft is saved with all current data

What Gets Saved

Customer selection

All line items

Quantities and pricing

Discount and fee settings

Notes and terms

Due date configuration

Viewing Invoice Drafts

Navigate to Quotes & Invoices

Access draft management

View list of invoice drafts

Draft Information

Draft name

Created date

Last modified

Customer (if selected)

Resuming a Draft

Click on saved draft

Invoice Wizard opens

All data restored

Continue editing

Create invoice or save again

Draft Management

Resume - Continue editing

Delete - Remove draft permanently

View draft count in header
