The Pre-Saved Notes Tab provides a management interface for creating, organizing, and maintaining reusable note templates. These templates can be quickly inserted into jobs during creation, saving time and ensuring consistent messaging.
Accessing Pre-Saved Notes
Navigate to Jobs & DispatchClick the Pre-Saved Notes tab in the view switcherThe Notes Template Manager opensUnderstanding Note Categories
Notes are organized by job type to provide relevant suggestions:

When creating a job, the system suggests notes matching the job type.
Note Template Properties
Each template includes:
Title: Brief descriptive name (e.g., "Standard Delivery Instructions")Content: The actual note text (up to 2,000 characters)Category: Job type association (Delivery, Pickup, Service, Survey)Is Default: Toggle to auto-suggest this note for its categoryIs Active: Toggle to show/hide without deletingView Modes

Click the + Add Note buttonFill in the form: - Title: Enter a descriptive name
- Content: Write the note text
- Category: Select the job type
- Is Default: Enable to auto-suggest
- Is Active: Keep enabled (checked by default)
