Retired Units: Permanently removed from service (destroyed, sold, beyond repair)
Inactive Products: Products with tracking disabled (track_inventory = false)

The Hide Inactive toggle filters products where tracking is disabled.
Badge Counter: Shows count of inactive products
Bulk Re-enable:
Products become immediately visible in the main grid.
When to Retire vs. Deactivate
