Filter Presets allow you to save frequently used filter combinations for quick access. Instead of manually setting the same filters repeatedly, you can save them as a preset and apply with a single click.

What's Saved in a Preset

A preset stores:

Date range configuration

Search term

Selected driver

Selected job type

Selected status

Optional name and description

Creating a Filter Preset

Set Up Your Filters: Apply all the filters you want to save

Click Save Preset: Button appears in Advanced Search filter bar

Name Your Preset: Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "John's Weekly Deliveries")

Add Description (Optional): Explain when to use this preset

Set Visibility: Choose if preset is public (shared with team) or private

Save: Click to create the preset

Applying a Saved Preset

Access Presets: Look for the presets dropdown or list in Advanced Search

Select Preset: Click on the desired preset name

Filters Apply: All saved filter values are applied automatically

Usage Tracked: System increments the preset's usage count

Preset Organization

Presets are organized by:

Usage Count: Most-used presets appear first

Last Used: Recently applied presets may be highlighted

Type: Personal vs. team/public presets

Managing Presets

Edit a Preset

Select the preset to apply its filters

Modify any filter settings

Save as the same preset (update) or new preset

Delete a Preset

Access preset management (via dropdown or settings)

Click the delete option for the unwanted preset

Confirm deletion

Team/Public Presets

When creating a preset:

Private: Only you can see and use this preset

Public: All team members can access and apply this preset
