Manage multiple storage locations and track unit transfers between warehouses, yards, and staging areas.

Storage Locations

Storage locations represent your physical warehouses and yards:

Main Warehouse

Satellite Yards

Partner Locations

Staging Areas

Managing Locations

Settings → Storage Locations to:

Add new locations

Edit addresses and details

Set default location

Configure location-specific settings

Transferring Units

Single Unit Transfer:

Open unit detail or right-click unit

Select Transfer

Choose destination location

Add transfer notes (optional)

Confirm transfer

Bulk Transfer:

Select multiple units

Click Bulk Actions → Transfer

Choose destination

Confirm

Transfer Logging

All transfers are logged with:

Date/time

Origin location

Destination location

User who initiated

Notes

View transfer history from unit detail page.

Product Location Stock

For bulk-tracked products:

Open Product Detail

Click Location Stock tab

See quantities at each storage location

Adjust stock levels per location
