Issue: Cannot Edit Job Fields

Symptoms:

Edit button not responding

Fields appear read-only

Solutions:

Ensure you have appropriate permissions (admin or dispatcher role)

Check if the job is already being edited by another user

Refresh the page and try again

Verify your session is still active

Issue: Status Won't Update

Symptoms:

Clicking Start/Complete does nothing

Error toast appears

Solutions:

Check your internet connection

Verify the job hasn't been cancelled

Ensure the status transition is valid (can't skip statuses)

Contact support if error persists

Symptoms:

Expected driver missing from assignment dropdown

Solutions:

Verify driver has an active profile

Check if "allow_non_driver_job_assignments" is enabled in company settings

Confirm driver is assigned to your organization

Ensure driver's role is correctly set

Issue: Consumables Not Displaying

Symptoms:

Job completed but consumables card empty

Solutions:

Verify consumables were recorded during job execution

Check inventory module for consumable records

Ensure job ID is correctly linked

Confirm organization_id matches

Issue: Cancel Button Not Working

Symptoms:

Cancel Job button doesn't open modal

Solutions:

Ensure you're not in Edit Mode

Verify job isn't already cancelled or completed

Check for JavaScript errors in browser console

Try refreshing the page

Issue: Changes Not Saving

Symptoms:

Click Save but changes revert

Solutions:

Look for validation errors in form fields

Ensure all required fields are completed

Check for error toasts after clicking Save

Verify you have edit permissions

Issue: Notifications Not Sending

Symptoms:

Driver didn't receive assignment notification

Solutions:

Verify driver has notifications enabled

Check push notification permissions

Confirm driver's profile has valid contact info

Review notification logs in admin settings
