A job is considered overdue when its scheduled date has passed and the job has not been completed or cancelled. The system automatically detects this condition and applies visual indicators to help you identify jobs requiring immediate attention.
How Overdue Detection Works
The system uses your company's configured timezone to determine the current date. A job becomes overdue when:
Example: If a job is scheduled for January 15 and today is January 16, the job will show as overdue.
