Clicking "Next" does nothing, the wizard freezes, or you cannot proceed to the next step.

Possible Causes and Solutions

Cause 1: Incomplete Required Fields

Solution: Review the current step for any empty required fields (usually marked with an asterisk or red highlight)

Cause 2: Browser Performance Issues

Solution:

Refresh the page and try again

Clear browser cache

Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Close other resource-intensive tabs

Cause 3: Network Connectivity Issues

Solution:

Check your internet connection

The wizard may be waiting for data to load (e.g., customer list, inventory)

Look for loading spinners indicating active data fetches

Cause 4: Session Timeout

Solution:

If you've been inactive for a while, your session may have expired

Refresh the page and log back in

Your progress may be saved as a draft

Recovering Your Work

If the wizard closes unexpectedly or you need to exit:

A "Save Draft" option appears when exiting

Enter a name for your draft

Resume from the Drafts tab later

Your data from completed steps is preserved

Emergency Recovery

If the wizard becomes completely unresponsive:

Don't close the browser immediately - your data may still be in memory

Open browser developer tools (F12) and check the Console for error messages

Try clicking "Previous" to go back a step, then "Next" again

As a last resort, refresh the page and resume from a draft
