Workload Balancing Indicators are color-coded visual cues that help dispatchers quickly assess how work is distributed among drivers. These indicators appear as badges next to each driver's name showing their total job count for the day.
Color Coding System
| Badge Color | Job Count | Meaning |
|-------------|-----------|---------|
| Gray (Secondary) | 0-1 jobs | Light workload - driver has capacity |
| Blue (Default) | 2-3 jobs | Normal workload - balanced assignment |
| Red (Destructive) | 4+ jobs | Heavy workload - consider redistributing |
