As a driver, the Pump-Out feature lets you log dump events without returning to the office or filling out paper manifests.

Starting the Pump-Out Flow:

Open the PortaPro mobile app

Tap Pump Out

Select assigned vehicle, disposal site, enter gallons, manifest, notes, and mark tank as empty

Offline Support:

Events queue locally if offline and sync when reconnected

QR Code Shortcuts:

Dispatch can send QR codes to pre-select vehicles for fast logging
