How much does PJR Software cost?
PJR's pricing page lists $65 a month for each active admin user and $45 a month for each active mobile app user, plus hourly rates for data conversion and extra training. One office user and two drivers is $155 a month in user licenses. PortaPro's plans are $149, $229 and $309 a month for any number of users.
Is per-user pricing cheaper for a small team?
It depends on the plan you need. Against PortaPro's $149 Starter plan, PJR's published rates are cheaper only for 1 office user and 1 driver ($110 a month). Against Core at $229, they're cheaper up to 2 office users and 2 drivers ($220). Past that every hire adds $45 or $65 a month, and 3 office users with 8 drivers is $555, while PortaPro's price stays the same.
Does PortaPro have AI route optimization?
PortaPro has route optimization, and it doesn't call it AI. Plan day puts every stop on a truck and in order on real roads, planned around each truck's tank, disposal-site hours, service windows and shift hours, and adds a dump stop before a tank fills. Whatever a routing tool is called, ask what it plans around.
Can I move from PJR to PortaPro?
